A friend dragged to the Ocean Institute in DanaPoint to see the Deadliest Catch dude Corey Arnold. I’m glad he did. I didn’t know much about the Ocean Institute before. Now I know more. It’s cool. Pete

The Ocean Institute put on a very enjoyable evening hosting this event that was educational and family oriented~just the sort of thing I am looking for. Cory Arnold is a talented artist and I would definitely go see him again when he returns from his next adventure. His photographs are wondrous.

This was the second "Artist by the Sea" event that I have attended and I have been extremely impressed both times. I'm a fan of the "Deadliest Catch" and was looking forward to seeing Corey Arnold in person. I had no idea that Corey was an established photographer and artitst, in addition to a fisherman, and it was really interesting to learn about this other aspect of his work. All of the images from the "Deadliest Catch" and Corey's other travels were amazing. In fact, I enjoyed them so much that I even bought a poster to take home. I had a great night and am looking forward to future events at the Ocean Institute! -Katie

I had a great time, thanks again! The images were beautiful, he achieves his goal of capturing curious moments, made for a very entertaining presentation.
I did not know that Corey Arnold is as much fisherman
as photographer, it makes the photos even better - he really earned
them. Im a new fan!

I had a great time at the event. Corey was really interesting and I loved watching the Deadliest Catch film clips. It sounds like he really loves what he does for a living.

The Ocean Institute is a great venue for lectures like this! I liked the interview style of the event and was glad the audience was able to ask questions. I would definitely attend other events here.

Great fun to have Corey Arnold from the crew of the Rollo on the Institute stage. We watch the show all the time and it was neat for the kids to meet him. We enjoyed learning more about how it actually works and what it is truly like for one of them.
Look forward to the next one, keep up the good work.
